1 year of peace of mind for your engine

In partnership with APRIL MARINE, RivieraBroker offers a 12-month ENGINE DAMAGE warranty for eligible boats.

  • Who can be covered?
    All motorboats under 50 years old, with a maximum of 1,500 engine hours, and power up to 600 hp per unit, after validation by our team*
  • What the warranty covers:
    The engine damage guarantee covers, after the manufacturer's guarantee, the repair costs (parts and labor) following a random mechanical fault suffered by the boat's engine (broken cylinder head gasket, starter or alternator, etc.), if the engine is regularly maintained by a professional (with proof).

The covered rooms

  • Engine: moving parts, cylinders or liners, timing belt and oil pump as well as damage
    mechanical damage to the engine block, crankcases or cylinder head and its gasket and resulting directly from a
    breakdown of any of the above equipment,
  • Electrical circuit: alternator, starter,
  • Engine cooling system: water pump, radiators, fans, calorsat, excluding
    hoses and flexible pipes,
  • Injection circuit: injectors, injection pumps.

Eligibility requirements

  • Boats smaller than 50 years old engine age.
  • Engine with less 1500 h.
  • Unit power: less than 600 hp.
  • Mandatory prior validation by our technical team*.
  • Civil liability insurance taken out with April Marine (Horizon and Horizon Premium contracts)
  • Reserved for French residents only

How does it work?

  2. Our technical team validates eligibility.*
  3. Once validated, the guarantee is offered to your buyer for a period of 1 year, including parts and labor in the event of random mechanical breakdown.
